Now that I'm all married up and wedding planning is a thing of the past, I can start participating in swaps again. What better way to get back in the swing of things than the 1st Annual Ornament Swap hosted by cake & pie and Freshly Blended.

Yay - I signed up for this the other day too! It'll be fun to receive everybody's cool ornaments. Plus, we don't have any Christmas decorations despite having been married over a year, so this will spur me on to more Christmas-ness.

Yeah, I'm really excited too! Chris hates my tree because it has a color scheme... he says it's too Martha Stewart-ish. Like that's a bad thing. I figure this will be a great way to mix up my selection of ornaments so that I'll have a "real tree".
Are you doing the one from the nest too?
